Denicé riding school
300 meters from the Franchises estate.
ABAC (Association Beaujolaise des Amis du Cheval) invites you to enjoy horse riding at the Centre Equestre de DENICÉ, located at Domaine des Barrières, 300 m from Domaine des Franchises.
It extends over 10ha of land, including :
- A first, floodlit, ground-level arena (45/52X85 m) used for amateur courses, owners’ courses and competitions.
- A second arena (50×70 m), also floodlit, is used by the equestrian center and as a paddock for events.
- An illuminated riding arena (13×27 m).
- A cross-country course (1ha).
- A walker (15 m diameter) with a capacity for 4 horses.
- 5 grass paddocks.
The facility has 55 boxes for owner, school and competition horses.
A team of 3 state-qualified instructors will help you pass your riding diplomas (galop 1 to galop 7).
Younger children (aged 5 and over) can start out on ponies, riding in the park with its shady riverside area, or under one of the covered rides in case of bad weather.
You’ll meet young (or adult) beginners as well as experienced international riders, all in a relaxed atmosphere.
The DENICÉ riding center also offers half-day and full-day courses for all levels, during all school vacations.
Advanced riders (galop 3 and up) can take part in a number of show jumping competitions outside the club throughout the year.
